Mexico - Conservation Project

IAFAF is engaged in a partnership with our CITES colleagues at Teyeliz, A.C. to address and mitigate the illegal trade of endangered Mexican wildlife in North America.

Mexico - Animal Welfare Initiative

IAFAF offers food and veterinary care to two colonies of stray cats, along with several opossums and dogs. We also rescue cats, snakes, and various other wild animals. Many of the cats we have rescued now reside in loving homes across the US and Canada.

Guatemala - Animal Welfare Project

We are assisting two underfunded shelters by providing donations of specialized food, treats, supplements, vitamins, bedding, toys, and more to enhance the health and quality of life for rescued animals. Additionally, IAFAF creates crafts for sale to generate funds for purchasing food and sterilizing stray cats and dogs.

Kenya - Humanitarian, Educational, and Conservation Environmental Project

IAFAF has partnered with the Body Shop, New West Queensborough Sewing Group, teachers, and others to create period pouches for over 500 schoolgirls in Kenyan villages. This initiative aims to ensure that these girls can continue their education and avoid becoming child brides.

Peru - Animal Welfare/Environmental Project

IAFAF has been gathering donated waterproof jackets for the street dogs in Cusco and the Sacred Valley. This initiative aims to enhance their quality of life and provide warmth during the harsh Andean winters.

We rely on your incredible support to make
all of this a reality!
