Today is World Rhino Day!

Rhinos are persistently poached. This combined with illegal wildlife trade and loss of habitat leave these creatures some of the most endangered in the world.

There are 5 currently existing species of rhinoceros, native to Africa, and South and Southeast Asia.

They have small brains for their body size, and are primarily herbivores. Today let's celebrate these amazing animals!
